Interview
The interview was easy. I got asked the typical basic questions: is this your first boutique, how did you come to know we are looking for people, etc... I got called back the day after, so their response, if you are taken, is pretty good too.
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
