Walked in and asked if they were hiring. Set up a time to get interviewed. Sat outside of Starbucks and talked. Very relaxed and straight forward. Didn't have that much of an interview feel. Called me the next day and I set up my schedule.

Fairly simple and straightforward. Make sure to review the application and prepare for the interview, and if you do so you will be good. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with.
It was an exciting and wonderful experience. The Manager ask thoughtful and typically questions for a retail associate role. We spent time touring the store and discussing the upcoming seasons collection. We even picked out my favourite items in the store.
The process was very fluid and the managers who interviewed me were very personable and kind. The overall process was a great one and gave a welcoming feel to the work environment.
