I had three interviews for a Key Account Manager position at Toly recently.
The first three interviews took place over a three week period. As part of the last interview, I prepared and presented a case study. I had to wait another three weeks before a final decision was made regarding my application.
The case study took a lot of time and effort to prepare. During the three week period after the final interview, there was no communication in terms of feedback at all and no deadline given as to when a decision would be made.
The lack of communication during the process proved that Toly wasn't the kind of company I would want to work for. Toly seem to be happy for people to wait on and on which shows a level of disrespect to applicants (like myself) interested in joining the company.
In the end, I found out that I wasn't successful, but there was no other feedback given as to why or what I could have done better.
