We try to review applications as quickly as possible.”. But it is precisely what happened - my application was in the cyber abyss for 7 weeks, then the recruiter scheduled a call only to move it last minute “due to a meeting”. When we made the call a few days later, she was late, barely tried to explain anything meaningful, and finished the call 15 minutes after, in a rushed manner. Even though I brought up some very relevant points about me being a developer of a POS system from scratch in the past, and how impressed I was with the communication between toasters on LinkedIn. Any attempt to follow up was ghosted. This is THE worst candidate experience I had in all my 15 years in Tech. To the extent that I felt motivated to go and leave this review everywhere I could.
