Phone call screening, then on site interview. When you arrive, they give you a tour of their office, then sit you down with multiple engineers to interview. Afterwards, the project/product manager(?) interviews you.

-Recruiter first round interview was an Zoom call (audio only) for 30 minutes
-Discussed the role and company briefly, but mostly wanted to know about previous work experience and if there was alignment.
