Timpson Trainee Manager interview questions

Very informal, after a quick telephone interview again also very informal, you are invited to an informal interview where you are asked about yourself, it is more personality over experience, they want someone who is fun quirky and outgoing, the rest they can train you on like working machinery etc. If successful at the informal interview you are invited to a 4 hour trial day at one of the branches with a branch manager. This is also still mainly at this point about your customer service skills. If this is passed then you are taken on under a 16 week probation. where you'll learn the machinery and have to take a test at the end of it.
