You have an Interview with management first. Then after you pass that interview, you will have a peer interview to decide if you are a right fit for the team
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Timpanogos Regional Hospital (Orem, UT) in Sep 2016
Interview
The interview process was very professional and informative. The director encouraged questions and emphasized how everyone was willing to be there to help, being a potential new hire. During the interview, the director had me sit up front with the secretaries that were working to show me about the job because it is not an easy one; she wanted to ensure that I actually wanted the job and could handle the workload that happens at the front desk before offering me the position.
