They had an initial call, followed by an in-person meeting with one of their employees.
Then they call me up to Navan to meet in person. When I got there, they had already changed their minds, and now they wanted to hire someone with a software background who could do some control system work.
Initially, they were excited to have a control engineer as well as a software developer, but at the very end, they changed it to only one position for a software developer.
There was no proper communication about the interview process, and it was extremely random.
