The interview with Sarah Johnson for the Marketing Coordinator position at Digital Innovations Inc. was conducted on April 8, 2024. The interview session lasted approximately 45 minutes. As the interviewer, I engaged in a comprehensive discussion with Sarah Johnson to assess her qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Timmy Global Health (Indianapolis, IN) in Apr 2015
Interview
The process was very friendly and open. There were two interviewers: a current fellow, and another TImmy employee. I wore complete office attire, which felt a little too formal, as my interviewers were in casual clothes. They said that you can have the interview over phone, or in person. They preferred to have it in person, so I drove in. The whole interview was about 30 minutes, and consisted of basic interview questions.

Question 1
What is your biggest strength, and biggest weakness?
What position would you like to see yourself in five years from now?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Timmy Global Health
Interview
I went through a resume review and had a single Skype interview to be hired at Timmy Global Health. I was recommended by a friend who had volunteered with them in Guatemala and was awarded the job shortly after the initial interview. Timmy is a very small company with a large number of young people wishing to work for them, and I assume the selection pool has grown as Timmy's funding continues to grow, as well.
