Tilson Homes interview questions

Very common not a lot of prying questions, simple questions, no training conversations or insight. Seemed like a lot of hours never got to the salary question. I got another offer that fits me more.

Good, the guys I met with were genuine and the questions they asked weren't too difficult. It felt more like a casual conversation. I could see myself working with the company but the position they offered was not quite what I was looking for.
