Interview
I went through 5 rounds of interviews, each round was 30 minutes and overall lasted just over 2 months. Round 1: Hiring Manager Round 2: Cross-functional partner Round 3: Skip level manager Round 4: Head of organization Round 5: HRBP 2 of the rounds were with people based in China so I had to interview in the evening for those rounds. There were also two rounds where the person interviewing me was 5-10 minutes late. I was notified one week after final round that they were going with someone else. No feedback provided and recruiter only said it's based on the overall interview performance and couldn't give details.

Standard behavioral questions, talk about past experience, why you are interested in this role
Interviewer was not focused during the interview. Was not very interested and seem indifferent. Did alot of research on it and gave plenty of examples on how I can contribute to the role but seem like he was not convinced
Applied -> Phone screen -> Manager Screen
Did not end up getting past the manager screen, but it was overall nice conversations around the role, past experiences, and going over the program management process.
