Poor. The process (after being contacted by ByteDance HR) was incredibly slow, with little feedback (apart from to set-up additional calls, after weeks of silence), and no constructive conversations or feedback. Each stage will just refer you to the recruitment lead, who will change constantly and then ghost you. They hit none of the deadlines and I still do not know after 4 interviews where I stand in regards to the role I applied for. I fail to understand or see how a company can be this unprofessional knowing full well that the people they show little regard for today, are the people who will determine the success of the platform tomorrow.  My sincere advice is if you are interviewing here. Please research previous warnings here, take notice, and factor this into your job search or interview process with this company. in short, the worst interview process I have ever have the misfortune to be a part of, and they are thoroughly deserving of their poor reputation.
