Several rounds of interviewing with various members of the team and the wider team, there was a case study. All around the job specification, everyone was quite nice, and I got feedback quite quickly!

Give an example of how you would use TikTok tools to improve a creator's profile and how you would encourage product adoption.
okay but it is hard to know things from regional HR, if want to know more about the job must ask country user
okay and clear process, they do it very fast
Recruiter > Hiring Manager > Peer > Director
Recruiter will reach out to you, schedule the subsequent meetings. The whole process was really professional. However, the peer evaluation I feel was a quite biased as they will probably approve of the colleague that they vibe with and not based on skills.
