First round be with HR for the application screening. The second round would be code review round (similar to peer PR code review) followed by the coding round and manager discussion round.

Question 1
For code review focus on the basics of Flutter Bloc-Cubit, json serialization, http hits, clean code arch, SOLID principles (must). It would fully depend on the flutter basic concepts.

1. Initial assessment - going over previous experience
2. Code Review test - given piece of code to review from jnr dev
3. Paired Programming Test - 2 hour test to prove coding capabilities
