Very unprofessional interview process. Candidates time is not valued nor is their process. Recruiter was really nice and made sure everything was good. Interview panel was rather unexperienced and makes the whole process dull. They really don't have Head of Technology or a CTO who can overlook their mobile team and that clearly shows. Their codebase and structure is as messy as it could get and more so they don't follow any tests in code, one of the highest code smells ever. Better to avoid such companies as the learning curve would be downwards rather than upwards. In the interview panel did not even bother to introduce themselves or me and straight away started. Maybe the panel should also go through some interview experiences before interviewing others so they have a idea of the process. The interview as more of a test on github api rather than flutter which again clearly shows lack of strong leadership in their team to check and go through material before putting it up to candidates and wasting their time.
