The process was pretty simple to follow. The general application / resume was emailed in and you were contacted for an interview if they were interested. The interview was set up well in advance to allow time to prepare and get ready. The interview took places with 2 people - an HR representative and the manager of the position posted.

They mainly asked general questions, such as "What is your favourite class?", "What is your greatest strength and weakness?", "Tell us about a challenge or conflict you've encountered and how you worked through it?", "Why are you applying for this position?", etc.. In addition, they asked a few knowledge based questions, they weren't difficult questions but were specific to the field of the placement.
