Interview
I had an initial phone interview, followed by two panel interviews. The phone interview was with a recruiter, then one panel interview with senior designers, finally a panel interview with a director and vice president.

Question 1
They asked about previous work experiences, projects I was proud of, and mistakes I had made in past positions.
An initial interview with recruiter, then next interview would have been with the hiring manager. The recruiter said that I would advance to the manager interview, then she dropped off the face of the earth. I followed up after about 3 weeks, she did not respond, and then several weeks later I got a generic rejection email without any explanation.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Throughline, in Feb 2021
Interview
Met with people the position would be directly working with and met, everyone was easy to talk to and the process was simple. There were 3 separate calls with 2 team members on each, they ranged from fellow designers, to strategists, to principal managers.
