There were 4 rounds of interviews. With the PM, Then the chief staff, then the leadership and then HR. They were mostly situational questions regarding work, roles and responsibilities handled at college and so on.

Preliminary process was undertaken and it comprised of Verbal reasoning , Strategic decision and Logical reasoning. It is followed by interview round wherein interviewee drilled upon technical aspect and analytical skills. It is followed by HR questions.
