ThreeFlow interview questions

Standard length, conversations at different levels of the company. Director of sales, COO, peer-level positions for experience. Was a good interview experience overall. Company went in a different direction due to something that I brought up in the first interview, but was told wasn't relevant. Turned out to be relevant.

The process was overall pleasant. The recruiter was super communicative and the interview process was laid out from the beginning, which I appreciated. I had a phone interview with the recruiter, a 30 minute conversation with the team manager (which was very pleasant) and then a take-home assessment which they ask you to time box to 4 hours. After completing the take-home assessment, I got a generic rejection response stating they “decided to move forward with other candidates”. I asked for feedback on why and how I can improve, and they didn’t respond. Because I spent 4 hours on their project, I would’ve appreciated a more detailed response as to why they didn’t want to move forward with me. Overall, I had good conversations, I just feel like my time wasn’t valued with how much I spent on the take-home assessment (which is the case with a lot of interview processes).
