I applied online. I interviewed at ThousandEyes in May 2024
Interview
I went through a screening call, a hiring manager interview and a Portfolio review session. The interviewers came late to the session, didn't asked any specific question, After rejection, they refused to give me the interviewer's feedback. the worst interview experience you could have.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ThousandEyes
Interview
I wasn't looking for a job and agreed to have interviews out of curiosity. I finished 3 rounds:
1. The interview process was a bit messy: they didn't inform me what each following step would include, so during my 2nd meeting I was asked to present my case sharing the screen via Webex which my laptop was actively blocking.
2. I had a strong impression they either don't know who they're looking for or don't plan to keep around this new worker for long.
3. The team is scattered across the globe which is cool but they mentioned I'd have to relocate 'probably to the UK'. This uncertainty and the fact that they didn't address this matter later on or asked about my salary expectations surprised me.
