Initial Screening (3 Parts): 1. First Exam: Technical Skills. Basic HTML Coding, proof reading, and document comparison assessment. Around 1-1.5 hrs. 2. Second Exam: English Competency. 3 Parts: Grammar, Email Writing, and Listening Skills. 3. Initial Interview with HR person. At this point of the interview, there is no offer yet. Afterwards, they will tell you that they will email with a response whether they will elevate you to the next stage of the recruitment. If yes, it could be a panel interview.
