      Interview

Intense interviews. Good challenge for any salesperson. Prepare like for any standard interview. I would research online questions you might be asked for a sales role and just prepare and practice a lot.

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Thomson Reuters in Mar 2023

      Interview

Had a first interview that was initially scheduled for Tuesday, and the interviewer didn't call. After two emails I was told it was a typo and supposed to be Wednesday. At the start the interviewer asked if I was familiar with Thompson Reuters and I said yes, she then told me that many people know who they are, but don't know what they do so she was going to explain it to my anyway. The interview felt much more like an interrogation than an interview conversation. The questions I had were met with a hostile tone and what seemed like frustration that I was interrupting her scripted questions. Most of the questions she had were very basic and seemed like there were targeted for very entry level sales people, not to mention that she wanted to know why I left every single job on my resume, despite the fact that I have a long tenure at most of the companies I've been at. When she asked me to describe my process of managing my deals for a third time, I ended the interview early. I don't know if I was just speaking with a bad recruiter or if that's just their process, but this company was clearly not for me.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Why did you leave all of your previous jobs? What is your sales process, in triplicate.
