Interview
I had an initial phone interview with HR, followed by a phone interview with the team lead before being called for an in-person interview. I was able to schedule my interview online. When I arrived, I filled out general paperwork, met with an HR representative to discuss salary, questions about the job, general interview questions and then proceeded to a formal interview with two team leads from marketing strategy. After the interview, I was given a strategy test in which I created a mock plan for a typical client. I received a call back with an offer within the following week.

It was pretty easy to get as long as you know what you're talking about. No crazy curves are thrown at you, just study the company, know what they do, understand how you can help and everything will work out,
