The process of the interview was effective and had fewer rounds compared to other partners. There were 3 rounds - talking with HR, then presenting solutions to other seniors in the company and lastly ended with talking with the CEO to find out if the company and the new joiner are matched.
It was a 3-Round interview with presentation. The first round with HR for getting to know the company and candidate’s background. The second round is with presentation and some business use cases, Q&A is involved in this round. Last round is to check the expectations and offers.
