Think Food Group interview questions

After the application I was contacted by email then a phone screening and a personal interview with the Director of HR and another interview with the IT outsource company. Every step required multiples emails and painful coordination, After a couple of months and apparently successful interviews they just stop answering the emails without any final response. It was a total waste of time.
