I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Florence, SC) in Jan 2024
Interview
Interview was scheduled and completed like normal. Three-person panel interview, sort of informal environment (conference room). Asked the general questions, reviewed my resume. Overall a conversational-tone. Not many technical questions asked. However, negative experience because I never heard back from the company once. Not even a position declined, generic email. Interviewer made it seem as if the job was secured.

The HR gave me a phone interview and it came out good from my aspect. And she told me the next step would be a phone interview from the hiring manager but nothing happened. I followed up with HR 2 weeks later and she got back to me that they moved forward with other candidates.

Standard competency based interview. Included a site tour and time for questions. There was also a telephone interview prior to the on site one which gave me a feeling of the company.
