I had a very annoying interview that took 45 minutes the questions were very irrelevant some of them and the job was reported even before the interview to me it seems like it's a scam I don't know but it was very unprofessional at some point. Like describe a day in your life who does a day in my life has to do with what I'm applying for

The hiring process involves the following steps:
1. Generic HR Round: Initial screening to understand the candidate's background and fit for the role.
2. Resume Submission: Upload the updated resume in Workday.
3. PPT Presentation: Prepare and submit a PowerPoint presentation on a given topic. If shortlisted, present the same PPT in a 10-minute session to a panel of two interviewers.
4. Competency-Based Interview: Following the presentation, answer questions assessing your skills and competencies relevant to the role.
Was told to wait 2 weeks for feedback , but dint receive any feedback. Got ghosted.
