I applied online. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific
Interview
Their rejection email is probably the most rude and carelessly written I've received so far. It said I didn't meet the minimum requirements for a role I have YEARS of experience. And they sent it for TWO roles.
I networked with several leaders at Thermo Fisher as well as attended a webinar for the Clinical Trials division. After about three weeks, I received an email from the recruiter indicating she would be reaching out shortly to setup time to connect. She never reached back out. Three weeks later, a different recruiter reached out. We spoke on the phone and had a fantastic conversation regarding open positions and my background. She mentioned I would be a good fit and would be reaching out soon for next steps. After several weeks and multiple follow ups, she never replied and I have not heard back since. Overall a very frustrating experience showing lack of alignment from the recruitment teams and lack of communication with candidates.
