I applied online. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Budapest) in Mar 2019
Interview
It was very unpleasant, The interviewer had no idea about my CV so expected me to recite it word by word because it was all new... there was a non HR person in the room who was supposed to be my future colleague and I was asked to disclose my salary expectation in front of a possible future co-worker. The interviewer asked questions that did not even relate to the job I applied for and was not really eager to answer my questions. Interrogation style interview with a lot of pulling faces and hostile undertones, I fulfilled every criteria, however I did feel that they did not like me as a person from the start and was not too disappointed when they went on with another applicant.

Question 1
They asked me to RECITE MY CV because the interviewer did not even bother to read it prior to my interview, Otherwise no originality or really exciting questions, It was a very below average interview. Also after I did the online language tests they had a language teacher call me and talk to me. The language teacher failed about 3 or 4 times to call me because she could not get a simple phone number right .... it was frustrating, as well as the fact that after the language interview which was VERY LENGTHY and comprehensive I found out that the interviewer did not write a detailed description of my language proficiency nor did she use the standard categories, she just told the company that I was okay :( .... a little bit too many tests and examinations for such a shallow outcome.
