Horrible! First phone screening in February, two rounds of interviews in March and April. Two more phone calls and numerous emails throughout months of May and June in which I was lied to and strung along. That then followed up by radio silence until I pulled my information from their website at which point they were suddenly interested in communication. I would be wary of any company who can't fill a position in 8 months, it shows a lack of professionalism, leadership and clear understanding of business needs. Easy interviews and standard by the book questions but the interviewees we're rude, not professional and didn't really listen. Hiring manager was extremely blunt and too comfortable swearing and using derogatory terms and words during the interview.
