One on-campus interview followed by a superday at the HQ. Three 30 minute interviews followed by a case study with two other candidates. We got the case in advance so they really wanted to see how you worked in a team to develop a presentation to give to three finance professionals.

I interviewed with two members within the various divisions of finance through Microsoft Teams. The interview questions mainly consisted of behavioral/situational questions that asked about leadership, problem-solving, and prior experiences working with teams. It's been about 1.5 weeks and I'm still waiting on a response.

Interview
In person interview with two recruiters that I applied for in handshake through Ohio state. Heard back about job within two weeks and communication was very easy and quick, overall very good process and would recommend practicing standard behavioral questions beforehand
