The interview process started with a phone screen interview for an hour, and then they scheduled an in depth Teams interview with two other recruiters. The phone screen went over more general questions and the in depth will be more behavioral

Difficult and lengthy questions! Practice before and bring a pen and paper to write questions as you go. Interviewers are patient and will let you have time to think through answers.
