Applied for the position of a Tech Lead/Tier3 in mid March 2024. I was called back from Recruitment from the Company and had a general Interview. Also filled out a Test about my technical knowledge before on the Internet. The Interview went well and I had my next round of Interviews. I was asked some Troubleshooting Questions and the Interviewer wanted to know if I fit into the Company. It was more a Personal Interview some technical Questions. The Interview was not very interested because he played with a Rubik Cube in his hands. But anyway thought that Interview went well because in a week I had a final Interview with a different person via Teams. He also ask me a lot of personal Questions which i answered. Also he distracted me because he had his phone on his ear because the Earbuds were not working. Both Interviews turned out nice for me. Not going into Details here, but I thought I was the front runner. Now almost 4 weeks later after the last final Interview I got an E-Mail that they decided for another Candidate.
