3 rounds of skype with leadership, one in person and one 'take home test'. The 'test' is one big exercise in humiliation. How can you put together any business documentation when the business SME resents answering any questions?
I didn't get an offer, yet they wanted to see the results of my 'test'.

Question 1
They were obsessed with documentation (which is what the test is about) though they called the same document software requirements, functional requirements and design. You would think that a company with a product on the market would know the difference and purpose of each document type in an SDLC.
