I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (New York, NY) in Sep 2014
Interview
Very simple. It was one on one with the supervisor of the off site school. It took about 25-30 minutes. It was a quick session that I was that I botched because I was really nervous. In the end, I just spoke from the heart and spoke about my own personal experiences with the YMCA growing up. I think that is what helped me in this interview.
