Interview
It was my first job interview, the interviewing process was quicker and easier than I had stressed about. Applied online, submitted cover letter and resume and got a quick email from HR. I went into the actual YMCA and asked about applying and met the supervisor in charge of my department. Scheduled an interview and that was all to it.

They gave out a list of advanced terms and asked you to provide the definition.
very good. good people there who work there and i like to work there because it is very fun being outside and talking with good people and free popsicles and the interviewer was nice and respectful and all oof that.
The interview process was overall easy. You just need to have your certifications, you need to pass a breathing test, and you need to pass a swim test. Pretty easy interview.
Swim test and basic questions. Very chill and conversational. Gave me introduction to their different systems and showed me how to change my hours and look for cover. I recommend wilting here!
