This was a thirty minute conversation discussing past experience, PESO experience and the set up of the current team. Much of the time was spent sharing the background of the YMCA.

Horrible interview process. The interviewer was unprepared, all over the place with questions, couldn't focus on the conversation and had no idea what the job role was. When asked more about the position, he couldn't elaborate on it at all. Interview lasted 1 hour and was a waste of my time.
