Interview
After a phone screening, a interview was scheduled with the manager and team lead. Once I arrived I sat down with the team lead and started the interview, halfway through my interview with the team lead the manager walks in late..unapologetic, unprepared, and abruptly starts domineering the interview, often asking questions that were already answered, had he arrived on time. I've had job interviews to flip burgers that were more professional than this one.

What skills do you offer that are most relevant to this job?
Two lab managers interviews me asking about my resume and what my leadership skills are. They also asked about my specific old jobs and what task I did there. It was a relatively easy interview
-Initial phone screen where you are briefly asked about your education, any experience in the wine industry/ your interest in working in the wine industry. Mind you this company is entry-level friendly -In-person interview as a follow-up where you'll get a tour of the lab and meet the managers and supervisors. Each will take turns asking questions that correlate to work experience and personality
