Recruiter reached out for a phone interview. On average she took 3 days to respond to each email. Finally scheduled a phone interview. Day of, she called the wrong number. We scheduled another interview, and the second time, she didn't call. I emailed her to find out why and she told me she was in a meeting. Then we scheduled a third interview attempt and she never responded after that. Horrible.

The process was very comfortable. The main interview was held over the phone and lasted around 20 minutes, and many of the questions weren't terribly challenging, as long as you prepared in advance.
