Laid back, just a conversation instead of a grilling. Set clear expectations and career growth. They just want to see you can have conversations and you want to do work that isn’t predictable.
First call with a recruiter as a general interview. Next step consisted of five rounds of interviews with current employees in different roles. Each interview with a different topic of discussion.
