The job posting was via Craigslist.org. I had emailed in with my resume, cover letter and short note regarding my experience in the industry and a graphic designer of over 10 years. The owners took me out to dinner after my 5 minute interview at one of their stores. After dinner, they offered me the job and I started in 1 week.
Informal, sat at desk with surrounding customers. Asked scripted questions. Do not know if I spoke with manager or assistant manager, did not introduce themselves. Less than 10 minutes. Never received call back on position.

Very easy and informative interview. They did not have a position available at the time, but still took the time to speak with me about future positions. Talked on the phone about what jobs look like in their office and how soon they would be looking to hire. Very transparent.
