The Trevor Project interview questions

Got ghosted by the recruiter and the hiring manager over the above position. It's an org that wants people who look like they have problems and hires them. I reached out with no response and the recruiter sent me an email and did not even know that I did not answer questions for the response that I got in the email. Just another low class "save democracy" company that has no idea how to hire.

Very transparent and timely communication from hiring team. While the process did span a few months, the team was very communicative with updates throughout the process. There also was a take home test and a round where I had to present it,
