Interview
Everyone I met facilitated a great experience. The process involved a phone screen with a recruiter, phone interview with the hiring manager a week later, then five, back to back in-person interviews with various team members (ranging from Account Managers to the VP of Sales). Every person was thoughtful, intelligent, and unashamedly protective of the company culture. The questions weren't brain teasers or terribly difficult, given a solid understanding of the product and ad tech ecosystem. A few days later, I received an offer, and there was no need to negotiate. Every step reinforced why I'd want to be part of this amazing and growing organization.
30min phone screening. If that goes well then a 45 min zoom interview. After that you will meet with the team in person. Followed by a presentation. Overall experience was lengthy but they were very professional.
