In two interviews I had two discussions about myself. Be prepared to share some of your accomplishments. You also need to be prepared to talk about your future. Your past is the past. It's only part of your story. Letting it go is what brings out the best in you. Don't be afraid as the talent society has a way to success. That's what I feel helps bring out the best in us. If given the opportunity to interview, you will understand what I mean. And hopefully, you end up sitting near me soon.
