Received an invite from a current employee, recruiter background interview and check of previous/current employer references, filled out a more detailed questionnaire regarding what I liked/didn't like in accounting and what the company's goals/values are, then group interview
The interview was many rounds and had you meet with a couple different people. It was very conversational, and mostly behavioral format questions, not too many case studies questions. They want to get an idea of your experience and what your background is as well as what other connections you have within your current company
