Before the interview I had a brief based on the job description and I had to create a presentation. On the day, there were four members on the panel online in a 45 minute interview where I had to present, answer questions based on my presentation and also competency based questions. The interviewers were friendly and seemed to genuinely want to listen. I didn’t get the job and the feedback was very minimal. They said “we liked her but went with another candidate with more experience” - so not very helpful in the end! I also read that their recruitment process can be more of a “Nepo baby” club… Guess the lack of feedback kinda made sense.
