Interview
it was a standard application consisting of the usual steps. first an online application that was immediately followed by their in house version of a hirevue. this was soon followed by phone call
Hirevue and Cognitive Test. Both were easy. Hirevue was basic tell me about yourself, why riverside, why PE. Also asked how to value a company. Cognitive exam was not bad.
I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at The Riverside Company

Happened over 3 months, just behavioral questions, all the interviewers seemed nice, gave a lot of time to ask questions and started with math and personality test. Went with two vice president interviews then spoke to a partners
