advertisement is given on leading newspapers for hiring requirements, when CV's are received, calls are made to acceptable candidates, group/panel interviews are taken after conducting a 1:1 interview by the department head, once the interview process is complete, the panel discusses the CV's and both the interviews, The selected candidate is given a call of congratulation, while the rest are informed as well of not being selected.
