I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Public Health in Feb 2022
Interview
Multiple interviews beginning from HR to team members to hiring manager. Varying levels of professionalism from each person giving an uneven sense of the company, the position, and the expectations for a new employee.
One team member interviewed me while sitting outside, either at the CEO's home or close by. Both the wifi and her attention were spotty. She was distracted by things that were happening around her and would ask a question and then turn to look at something else as I began to speak.
Most of the other people I spoke with had a more professional demeanor but this interview stayed with me and was ultimately a factor in pulling out of the application process.
Spoke with the recruiter, had a good chat with the team then no updates for a week. Finally received an automated rejection email. For a company of this size, I would have expected recruiting to reach out but I guess that's the norm these days.
