The Protective Group interview questions

I applied through the company website. About a month later I got a call from their HR manager and asked if I could come in the next day for an interview (FYI, the HR manager does not reply to emails nor does he answer his phones, both office and cell). Interview went well with some basic questions. Got a tour of the facility and the product they produce. About two weeks later I was asked to come in for a second interview. Lasted maybe 15 minutes, this time with one of the production engineers. Was told they would contact me in a day or two for the job. It's been weeks now. Tried calling, emailing and leaving phone messages with no response from anyone at the company. They never called back nor have they even given a courtesy call to let me know if I got the job or not, and this is after going in for two interviews.
